These are some possible Home Learning Activities for you to have a go at during term 4.
Please do not feel pressured to complete all the activities, simply pick and choose according to your child’s interests and most of all have fun.
We would love to see any work your child would like to bring in.
We have been using Numicon to help us with our addition and understanding of numbers. Here we are using the big Numicon to help us find different ways to make 8!
We had a great time during STEM week, developing our understanding of the world, our maths problem solving skills and working together to design and build. Here we are with the Year 6s working on building strong bridges out of just paper and sellotape!
Ash class have been to the ICT suite for the first time and had a go at painting some flags and giants on 2Paint. We practised choosing different colours, using the mouse and typing our names with the keyboard. It was a bit different to the tablets we usually use! Here are some photos of the flags and giants we made:
